1. What does MyRepublic Mobile offer?

MyRepublic Mobile offers no-contract SIM-Only and Data-Only plans that are suitable for every connectivity need. All our SIM-Only plans come with no hidden charge, free Caller ID and incoming calls, and unlimited data with managed speeds for a worry-free experience.

 

2. What does Singapore’s #1 MVNO means?

MyRepublic is voted as the #1 Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Singapore by readers of HardWareZone and HWM for 2 years running (2020 and 2021). Unlike telcos, MVNO does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which it provides services to its customers.

3. What is unlimited data with managed speed?

All MyRepublic Mobile SIM-Only plans come with unlimited data so you never have to worry about extra data charges. Going beyond your plan’s data allowance just means slower speeds, but still fast enough for you to keep surfing, messaging, calling and more.

 

4.Can I change the plan after signing up?

Yes, you may change your plan to any of our standard Mobile plans via MyAccount or MyRepublic App.

The plan change will take effect in your next billing cycle. 

 

5.What are your excess talktime and SMS charges?

You may refer to the latest excess charges  here.

 

6. Who is eligible for the plan/ promotion?

The plans listed under New Numbers/ Non-M1 Port-ins are applicable for new number sign-ups or port-ins from non-M1 numbers only. On the other hand, the plans listed under Other Port-ins are applicable for port-ins from M1 numbers.

MVNOs on the M1 network are under non-M1 numbers.


7. How do I sign up for the plan/ promotion?
You may visit online or head down to any of our stores to sign up.

 

Data-Only Plan

1.What is a Data-Only Plan?

 It is our latest Mobile plan that comes with a sizeable 14GB data* at just $3.99/mth

*14GB includes 4GB High-speed Data and 10GB Throttled Speed (1Mbps) Data.

 

2.What is the speed of the 4GB High-speed Data?

You may refer to the latest MyRepublic Mobile typical speed range here.

 

3. Can I still access the Internet after 14GB has been fully utilised?

No, you will not be able to access the Internet after your data quota has been fully utilised.

To continue usage, you may purchase our Data Add-Ons from just $2.99/mth via MyAccount or MyRepublic App.

4.Can I use the line for calls and SMS?
No, the Data-Only Plan line is limited to data usage only.

To make calls or send messages, you may change the Data-Only Plan to any of our standard Mobile Plan from just $10/mth via MyAccount or MyRepublic App.

 

5. Who is eligible to sign up for the plan?

The Data-Only Plan is applicable for targeted customers and new number sign-ups (port-in is not applicable) only.

6. Is eSIM available for the plan?

Yes, you may opt for eSIM during Online sign-up if you have a eSIM supported device.

 

7.Can I change the plan after signing up?

Yes, you may change the Data-Only Plan to any of our standard Mobile Plan from just $10/mth via MyAccount or MyRepublic App. 
The plan change will take effect in your next billing cycle. 

 

8.Can I revert the plan after changing it to a standard Mobile Plan?

No, you will not be able to revert to Data-Only plan after changing it to a standard Mobile Plan.

9.Can I port out the line to another telco? If yes, will the Mobile number be retained?

Yes, you may port out the line to another telco and retain the Mobile number. 

10. Can I purchase an IDD Add-on/activate MyRepublic Talk App for the plan ?

No, the Data-Only Plan line is limited to data usage only.

To make calls or send messages, you may change the Data-Only Plan to any of our standard Mobile Plan from just $10/mth via MyAccount or MyRepublic App.
