1. What is the promotion period of the $10 Grab Voucher Giveaway?
This promotion is valid for the first 500 eligible Unlimited plan sign-ups between 25 Oct 19 to 21 Nov 19.
2. I've applied for a new mobile line during the campaign period but did not receive the $10 Grab voucher, why is it so?
The plan you applied for needs to be our Unlimited plan and you need to pay your bill in full by 30 Nov 19 to be eligible for this promotion.
3. I've signed up during the campaign period, but my delivery date is on 22 Nov 19, will I still be getting the $10 voucher?
Yes! As long as you signed up between 25 Oct 19 to 21 Nov 19 (1st 500 sign up) and paid your bill by 30 Nov 19, you will be eligible to get the $10 Grab Vouchers.
4. When will I receive my $10 Grab vouchers?
All eligible winners will be notified by MyRepublic via their registered email address by 6 Dec 2019. Do note that the vouchers are:
- Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Limited to 1 redemption per ride
- Unused balance cannot be stored or used in any way
- Code cannot be combined with other Promo code
5. Is there any expiry for the $10 Grab voucher?
The $10 Grab voucher is valid until 28 Feb 2020.
6. Can I use the $10 Grab Voucher for all Grab services?
Redemption is eligible on all GrabServices except GrabShuttle, GrabHitch and GrabFood
7. My $10 Grab Voucher/ code does not work, can you help me?
