Broadband Troubleshooting: Can't connect to the internet

1. Network Maintenance & Upgrades

In order to serve you better, MyRepublic or NetLink Trust (NLT) may conduct network maintenance from time to time.

If you are having issues connecting to the internet, you can check here to see if we are working on the network in your area.

2. Up to date Payment 

Your service may be disrupted if your billing details are not updated or you have missed any payment. You can log in to our mobile app to view your outstanding amount.
