If you would like to change the date you receive your monthly invoice, we can fix it for you!
Before you submit your request, please ensure that you do not have any overdue amount with us and we need the following information to process your request:
- Your Account Number (begins with RA), or customer ID (begins with C)
- Registered email address with MyRepublic
- The date you would like to change to (1st to 28th only)
1. Changing of invoice date is only applicable for broadband account only
2. We will take 3 - 5 working days to process your request
3. Your new billing cycle will take effect next month
4. One-time $20 admin charge and will be shown in your next invoice
