You can recontract your fibre broadband with us if:
- you are on the 22nd month of your contact (for 24 month contract) or
- you are on the 11th month of your contract (for 12 month contract) and,
- no outstanding balance
Tips: You can check your contract expiry date in your MyAccount Under "Managed My Plan"
