My termination point (TP) is damaged, what should I do?

Here's a list of details we need to process your request: 

  • Subscriber's full name
  • Subscriber's NRIC
  • Contact number
  • Service address

You may email the details to us at myorder@myrepublic.net. Appointment dates are subjected to availability, NetLink Trust will contact you to schedule an appointment within 3 working days once we submit the order request.

Do note that a one-time charge of $160.50 w/GST (for non-landed) or $288.90 w/GST (for landed properties) will be applicable. Any cancellation after agreed preferred date, the amount is not refundable.
