Yes you can! As long as you have an active subscription with MyRepublic & the shift is within the same given service address, we can get it shifted for you.
However, if you are moving house and would like to relocate your service to a new service address, refer to this article instead.
Here's a list of details we need to process your request:
- Subscriber's full name
- Subscriber's NRIC
- Contact number
- Service address
You may email the details to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that appointment dates are subjected to availability, and we will contact you to schedule an appointment within 3 working days once we submit the order request.
Do note that a one-time charge of $162 w/GST (for non-landed) or $291.60 w/GST (for landed properties) will be applicable. Any cancellation after the agreed preferred date, the amount is not refundable.
In view of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate increase from 7% to 8%, there will be slight adjustment in the stated prices if your charge(s) is/ are incurred from 1 January 2023.
