For New Customer
You may choose to opt for our home voice service by choosing 3 different home voice plans during your sign up. If you are interested to subscribe for additional value-added services e.g. IDD, caller ID, voice mail etc, you may refer here for a list of our services and their prices.
For Existing Broadband Customers
If you would like to subscribe our home voice service, simply log in to your MyAccount under "managed voice" to do so! We will take 3-5 working days to complete your request and there will be a one-time activation charge of $49.
Once the service is activated, you just have to plug in the telephone cable (RJ11) to "TEL 1" port on our ONT. Our ONT look like this:
