Just call our call centre @ +65 6717 1680 (Press 1 for mobile & press 1 again for lost SIM) and our customer service agent will arrange another SIM card to be delivered to you.
We will suspend your line temporarily and a SIM replacement fee of $32.10 (w/ GST) will be charged to your next invoice. If the SIM delivery fails, a redelivery charge of $21.40 will be imposed. Please note that only subscriber of the line can receive the SIM card.
