1. I am an existing broadband user, will I get additional 6GB/ 7GB data on top of my broadband bonus data if I were to sign up for Mega55/ Xtra85 plans now?
Yes! You will get the additional data on top of what an existing broadband customer will be enjoying. If you were to take up a Mega55 plan now, you will get a total of 26GB data for the first 6 months and 20GB data from 7th month onwards.
2. I am currently a Mega55/ Xtra85 customer, will I get to enjoy the additional data in this promotion?
Yes! You will be given the additional data from 13 Aug. Depending on your bill cycle, a pro-rated data will be given on the first month and an additional of 6 months bonus data follow after.
3. I am currently an Uno/ Ultimate customer, will I get to enjoy the additional data in this promotion?
Additional bonus data is exclusively for Mega55/ Xtra85 plans customer. If you wish to change your plan to Mega55/ Xtra85 plans you can do so, and it is absolutely free of charge! Upon the successful change of plan, bonus data will be automatically given. However, should you choose to change out of Uno/ Ultimate plan, you will not be able to change back after.
5. I’ve just signed up for MyRepublic fibre broadband service, am I eligible to sign up for your mobile plan with bonus data?
Yes, absolutely! Once your fibre broadband service is activated and you've received your MyAccount login credential, you may sign up our mobile plan(s) with bonus data via our website @ https://mobile.myrepublic.com.sg/
