Yes, you can terminate your existing mobile line with us. But we will be really sad that you are leaving :(
Do note that full month subscription & any charges incurred during the month will be charged to your final invoice. Before you go, please make sure that you have no outstanding bills with us.
You may call us @ +65 6717 1680 (9am to 9pm) or email your termination request with your MyRepublic registered email address to us @ email@example.com. If you are writing to us, do remember to indicate your mobile number, termination reason and your preferred termination date (if any). We will take 3 working days to process your request.
Note: Strictly no withdrawal of the termination request once it is being processed. All services used together with the mobile service such as your device billing instalment plans will also be terminated once your mobile service is terminated.
