Yes, you can terminate your existing mobile line with us. But we will be really sad that you are leaving :(
Do note that full month subscription & any charges incurred during the month will be charged to your final invoice. Before you go, please make sure that you have no outstanding bills with us.

If you are writing to us, do remember to indicate your mobile number, termination reason and your preferred termination date (if any). We will take 3 working days to process your request.
