Can I change my delivery details? (E.g. change of delivery address and reschedule of delivery)

We would love to have you use our mobile service as soon as possible and would not recommend any amendment to your delivery details as it will cause further delay in the delivery.

For verification purposes, the person whose name the mobile service is under needs to receive the delivered SIM card in-person and present their photo ID. Because of industry regulation, no other individual is allowed to receive and sign for their SIM card, not even ones authorised by the subscriber.
