Can I choose my preferred mobile number when I am getting a new mobile service?

We have a list of mobile numbers that you may choose from when you are signing up for a new mobile service with us. You can also choose to retain your current number by submitting a number port request.

Number Porting

Before you port-in a number to MyRepublic, please make sure that:

  • Your number is post-paid mobile number. Pre-paid number is not allowed.
  • Your number is registered under your NRIC/ID with your donor telco (otherwise we will require a signed authorisation form and photo ID image of the registered owner to be furnished at the point of submission)
  • Your number is not terminated/ suspended with your donor telco
  • You do not have any outstanding balance with your donor telco
