To minimise any chances of fraud or accidental misuse, we give every MyRepublic customer a default monthly spend limit of $150 per line. This credit limit resets at the beginning of every month.
In other words, by default, your line will not be able to place any calls beyond this $150 credit amount each month. Should you use $50 within a day, you will be notified via email.
If you find yourself needing to increase this monthly credit limit for your Home Voice, we’d be happy to make the change. Kindly file a Support Ticket with your request. Alternatively you can email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
