I need to reschedule my installation appointment. Is there any penalty?

It depends when you request to reschedule your appointment.

If you wish to reschedule your service installation (which involves the installation of the ONT), there is no penalty if your request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. 

If you wish to reschedule your Termination Point (TP) installation appointment with Netlink Trust-- who manages all TP-related installations and activation-- it will be subjected to NLT's approval.
