I am prompted to perform an additional Face Verification using Singpass during my order sign-up and/or SIM activation. Why is this needed?

Wef from 7th Nov 2022, additional face verification may be required when customers retrieve MyInfo with Singpass during Mobile sign-up via our order portal and SIM activation .
