If you're having issues with your HomeVoice, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if your internet is affected
If you have internet service but the phone line is down, plug out the phone cable and reconnect it back to tel 1 of your modem (Nokia/ Alcatel Lucent) securely.

2. Try it with another phone
If you still can't make any calls, you can try changing a phone set to determine if it's a phone set issue. If you tried another phone and it works, you will need to replace your phone as it is faulty.
