If you need to catch up on a missed payment, or as a one-off, pay using a different credit card, try paying via the following payment methods:
We'll automatically attempt to deduct payment from your registered credit/debit card 5 days after your due date.
We'll automatically attempt to take payment from your registered Bank A/C on 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of the month. If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deduction will take place on the next working day.
For 5G Services
We'll automatically attempt to deduct payment from your registered credit/debit card on your due date. Alternatively, you may pay using the Mobile App and the deduction will be made on your registered payment method. Please note that only the registered debit/credit card will be the acceptable payment through automatic deduction, manual payment or Mobile App for 5G mobile service.
