As a last resort, if we have been unable to contact you after multiple attempts and your bill payment has been overdue, your fibre service will be suspended.
To reactivate your service, you’re required to make the full payment immediately and a reactivation charge of $48.15 (each reactivation) will apply for consumer accounts. Your service will resume as soon as we are able to confirm the payment.
