I wish to cancel my order but I’ve not had my service installation yet. Is there any penalty?

Not made an installation appointment yet $48.60 for MyRepublic administrative and order processing

Made an appointment with MyRepublic to install the service

$57.24 + $162.00 if service address is a high-rise building
$57.24 + $291.60 if service address is a landed property
These additional costs are based on the incurred NetLink Trust (NLT) costs of activating a new fibre connection.

Made an appointment with MyRepublic to install the service and also made an appointment with NetLink Trust (NLT) for work related to your fibre Termination Point (TP)

$57.24 + $162.00 if service address is a high-rise building
$57.24 + $291.60if service address is a landed property
These additional costs are based on the incurred NetLink Trust (NLT) costs for fixing up a TP.

Service successfully installed

$48.60 if you signed up on the "No Contract" offer and you cancel within the first 3 months.
Otherwise, it will be the sum of your contract's subscription fees i.e. 24 x your plan's monthly subscription.
